We combine human research with modern AI tools for design and prototype visualisation. Design variants are produced faster, ideas become tangible earlier, and decisions are made on a broader visual basis.
Package S — User understanding

Fast, focused capture of the central user groups and their most important needs. Ideal as a basis for internal concept work or as preparation for a specification. Included: kick-off workshop to clarify the project, 2–3 stakeholder interviews, prototype persona of the main user group, sketch of the 1–2 central user flows, AI-supported visual preparation of first design ideas (moodboards, mood pictures), handover document with insights and recommendations. Suitable for: early project phases where a first solid user understanding is to be built without investing deeply in prototyping or testing.
Package M — Users & customer journey
10 PD · fixed price CHF 14'400.- excl. VAT
In-depth elaboration of the user groups, their needs and the full customer journeys. The design foundation becomes concrete enough to precisely start a subsequent prototyping or detailed specification. Included: everything from package S, 3–7 stakeholder and user interviews, 2–3 detailed personas, full customer journey for the main processes, user flows for 3–4 central use cases, information architecture in rough structure, AI-supported UI inspirations and visual concept variants, structured workshop to validate findings with the customer team. Suitable for: projects with several user groups or more complex usage paths where the customer journey is the central design element of the platform.
Package L — User research & validation
20 PD · fixed price CHF 28'800.- excl. VAT
Comprehensive user research with validation through real usability tests. The produced output forms a sound design strategy for complex platform projects with high investment volume. Included: everything from package M, 8–12 stakeholder and user interviews across all relevant user groups, 4–5 thoroughly documented personas, full customer journeys for all main user groups, facilitated concept workshop with stakeholders, extended user-flow documentation, AI-supported creation of multiple design variants, usability tests with real users (moderated sessions, 5–8 participants), structured analysis with concrete action recommendations. Suitable for: complex platform projects with several user groups, high investment volume or strategic importance, where the user experience must be validated before implementation.
Cost credit on project award
If you decide to implement with cloudtec after the Design-Centric Approach, the cost is fully deducted from the project budget. Personas, customer journeys, user flows and visual concept work flow directly into development — and form a strong basis for a subsequent prototype or specification.
