Package S — High-level analysis

Structured clarification of the central requirements and the framework of your project. Suitable for clearly scoped projects that need a solid planning basis. Included: kick-off workshop with stakeholders, capture of core requirements and key business processes, identification of relevant data flows and system dependencies, high-level concept with first implementation plan and phasing. Suitable for: projects with manageable scope where basic feasibility and direction need to be clarified.
Package M — Detailed specification

In-depth analysis of the relevant requirements, processes and system interfaces. The output is a robust basis for effort estimation, offer and project start. Included: everything from package S, detailed capture of business processes and business rules, analysis of existing data and data models, interface planning and integration concept for third-party systems, software architecture sketch, concrete phase plan with prioritisation and effort estimation. Suitable for: projects with several system integrations, more complex data structures or multiple user groups where extensive clarity must be established before project start.
Package L — Full technical analysis
20 PD · fixed price CHF 28'800.- excl. VAT
Extended depth and more thorough clarifications across all dimensions of the project. Technical architecture, data model, system integrations and implementation plan are worked out — as a viable basis for the project start, not as an immutable spec. cloudtec works agile: during implementation, requirements are continuously refined in further workshops and adapted to what has already been learned and built. Included: everything from package M, extended requirements document with functional and non-functional requirements, more detailed data model and interface specification, technical architecture concept with technology decisions, risk and feasibility assessment, rough implementation plan with milestones and phases. Suitable for: complex platform projects with high investment volume, several connected systems or regulatory requirements, where thorough upfront clarification secures project success.
Cost credit on project award
If the project proceeds with cloudtec, the cost of the specification is fully deducted from the project budget. The work produced flows directly into the implementation — and, if needed, also serves as the basis for a prototype.
