Extraction and aggregation of data at a high level

cloudtec is specialized in the extraction and aggregation of data from various data sources (also known as middleware engineering). In our portals and platforms, we present the aggregated data to portal users in a visually appealing and simplified way. Through solid synchronization techniques, we guarantee smooth exchange between internal systems and the upstream portal and enable expedient external processing of data via REST APIs.

Order management

In this module, the Arcplace customer can report any errors (incidents) in a structured manner. The reported errors are automatically transferred to the ERP system and processed there by Arcplace. Any status changes to the reported error are synchronized back to the customer portal and can be viewed there by the customer, so that he is always informed about the current status. In addition to the reported errors, the customer can check the current status of any change requests in the customer portal.
